It's Monday! What Are You Reading? - Mar 8, 2010

>> Sunday, March 7, 2010

Hosted by Sheila at her One Person's Journey Through Books blog, its time to let everyone know what you've been reading this week and yes, its not quite Monday yet. Deal! :-)

Last Week:

- A Wedding in December - Anita Shreve
- Jack: Secret Circles - F. Paul Wilson (have I ever mentioned how much I *love* Repairman Jack?)

Currently:

- The Touch - F. Paul Wilson. I'm still in "Jack" mode even though this isn't technically Jack and then:

Upcoming:

- The Peabody- Ozymandias Traveling Circus and Oddity Emporium again by "The Man" F. Paul which I'd started reading on a friend's Kindle until I noticed it was sort of introduced in Secret Circles and the timeline puts it *after* the The Touch and me being very anal about reading things in order...

After that, who knows, whatever strikes my fancy at the time. How about you, what are you reading?

Oooh, I have not heard of this Repairman Jack. Looks like a great book, though! I'll have to look into it. Happy reading :)

I read my first ever Anit Shreve awhile ago, The Pilot's Wife, and I enjoyed it a fair bit. I will definitely try and read more by her.

I'll admit I've not heard of any of the books you read this week, but they must be good since you're sticking to the same author for this week too.

Hope you have a wonderful reading week.

Here's my reading list:

The Touch...I remember that one! It does come back later (fyi) actually. I love that you're another Repairman Jack fan!

Nancy - I didn't know you were a Repairman Jack fan! Love Jack - its almost unhealthy!

Brooke - A Wedding in December was just okay. I really enjoyed The Pilot's Wife. All in all, I find her stuff to be hit and miss although she is an excellent writer, the stories just don't always do it for me.

I think I remember enjoying A Wedding in December (it's been a while), but I know what you mean about hit or miss. Some authors are like that. Guess you can't be great all the time. And you know what? I haven't read The Pilot's Wife. Guess I should put it on my list.

I'm in a "reading whatever strikes my fancy" mode as well. Actually I do that a lot. I'm a moody reader. Haha

I loved that Anita Shreve book! And I love the idea of just reading what you feel like reading!

I haven't read anything by F. Paul Wilson, but now I think I will. I checked some of his books & they sound great! Enjoy your books!
Oh, and I loved Storm Front!
